MEP carried out a Marketing Study and Business Plan as well as a Detailed Factory Design and HACCP plan for a fish processing plant in Jeddah. The Marketing study included a complete overview of the Market in Saudi Arabia as well as Regional and Global markets. Extensive research was carried out in Saudi Arabia and in selected Regional Countries. Detailed analysis of Raw Material availability, Target Markets, Market Categorisation, Competitor Analysis, and Market Entry Requirements were carried out. The detailed Marketing Plan and Processing Plant Strategy Study included recommendations on plant design and layout, product mix, management and factory staffing with job descriptions and a complete business plan and feasibility assesment of the recommended options as the final output.
