As part of the EC Global Framework Programme, MEP is assisting Phare to prepare projects in the agriculture and fisheries sector. An MEP project design specialist is assisting the Phare PMU to review project proposals and identify further preparation requirements. Project that meet the Phare criteria are then put into the requisite project fiche format and submitted for the next financing programme.
