MEP provided a small-scale fisheries expert to the Asian Development Bank to assess potential for artisanal fisheries development in the outer islands of Fiji. Projects and initiatives were recommended for future Asian Development Bank funding with the objectives of providing rewarding employment in the outer islands and contributing to the national economy.
