Review of the procurement of three vessels, harbour tug, dredger and mooring launch, from construction to completion of warranty. The review covered the performance of the supervision consultants and their sub-consultant with the objective of verifying the quality of the vessel construction, periodic inspections whilst the vessels were under construction, and that all procurement was in accordance with ADB procurement guidelines.
