MEP carried out a marketing study and financial analysis of potential smoked seafood products for a large Gambian seafood company. It included a survey of customers in the UK, France and Belgium, together with identification of their preferences. As part of the project, MEP carried out financial analysis, cash-flow projections, equipment specifications, costings and also recommended strategic options.
