Review of the current legislation and drafting of new legislation to provide a framework for fish inspection and quality control systems. An inspection system and code of practice was established and a training course held for inspectors in the application of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) concept. Documents for Ghana Standard Board's submission to the EU were prepared.
