MEP assisted Sunmarine in the design and implementation of onboard handling techniques to optimise the quality of fish landed, together with appropriate onshore fish storage, handling, processing and packaging techniques. This included training of supervisory staff, preparation of process and quality control documentation, identification of export and domestic markets, and assessment of the need for additional technical assistance in marketing and market research.
