MEP staff organised the Asian Development Bank Sail/Motor Propulsion Conference; called for papers and assessed them for compatibility. During pre-conference visits to Manila, assistance with the organisation of delegates and support facilities was given. MEP presented two papers at the conference and edited all papers subsequently.
