On behalf of a Saudi fishing company, the organisation and management of a multi-purpose fishing fleet was examined, assessed and recommendations made as to future operations for which a manual was prepared. Plans for future expansion (including vessel specifications) were prepared. The Study led to MEP becoming involved in the implementation of the programme.
