On behalf of a Saudi fishing company, a detailed study as to the company's future fishing vessel needs, together with drawings and operational options, was prepared. The vessels were subsequently ordered and MEP evaluated tender bids and made recommendations for construction. The vessels were built and delivered on schedule.
