Development of new legislation to form a legal framework for fish inspection which included drafting of new hygiene and quality control regulations to meet country and EU requirements and training of inspectors in the principles of new regulations and their application. Recommendation were made for changes to the organisation structure and technical support for fish quality control services necessary for the implementation of new legislation.
