An MEP staff member, working in collaboration with the Pilot Fisheries Project, Tombo, developed sailing rigs for traditional and new artisanal fishing craft. Project staff and fishermen were trained in sailmaking and rigging techiques and sailing trials carried out. 06 March 2000
