Preparation of a fisheries sector survey as part of an Agricultural and Fisheries Development and Production policy to cover the next twenty years including costed proposals for future donor assistance. This involved a review of the fisheries resource base, handling practices and processing of artisanal catch and distribution systems, fish handling and marketing systems and identification of future research needs.
