Coastal habitats and resource management project, supporting the government's improved cross-sectoral integration in planning and management, increased participation of resource users, creation of alternative livelihood activities and institutional strengthening through training. The project included preparation of project documents, consultation with all stake-holders, consideration of key patterns and issues to be addressed by the project, review of lessons learned from other projects, economic/financial/social justification for the project design and activities. Preparation of project costings and conditions for co-financing.
