MEP was selected by Looe Harbour Commissioners, with funding from MAFF, to carry out an investment appraisal of proposed alterations to the harbour facilities. Cost benefit analyses were conducted of each component to provide a basis for recommending the most efficient use of funds for port development and support of the fishing industry.
