MEP developed a strategy for the adoption of an eco-label approach to fish sourcing for Bank Group and their London restaurant, Fish! This will result in operational efficiency in terms of consistent supplies, a clear understanding of the supply chain, ability to differentiate supplies of fish on the basis of 'environmental quality' and will raise public awareness and the profile of the restaurants.
