For the Greek Ministry of Agriculture, Athens, MEP is conducting an economic study of production, existing markets and future markets of sea bass and sea bream. On-site surveys are being carried out across Europe with retailers, producers, agents and processors. As part of this study, our team of economists are making predictions of and analysing price elasticity of demand for these products by country.
