MEP supplied a four person multidiscipline team to carry out the mid term evaluation of the EU financed Lake Victoria Management Project. The team leader, a Fisheries Specialist was accompanied by a Fisheries Resource Management Expert, a Socio Economist and a financial planning expert with particular experience of EU project funding. The team visited all three riparian countries - Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, for talks with the respective Governments. A comprehensive report containing recommendations was accepted by the client: EU DG Development.
