Megan recently joined MEP in March 2022, as Proposal Manager. She gained previous bidding experience within an engineering firm in Bristol before going on to train as a Primary school teacher. Within the teaching field she gained varied knowledge and experience across a range of subjects and areas, including key organisational skills, communication and a range of training approaches. Megan has traveled and worked internationally, returning from a teaching contract in Shanghai in 2014 to have a family. Since returning to work she has adapted her skills to find and apply for new international fisheries and aquaculture contracts and managing the administration of MEP’s potential projects.
