London Gateway Port Ltd (LGPL) has contracted MEP as the project’s Fisheries Liaison Officer (FLO), and has additionally asked MEP to produce the following deliverables: (1) a database containing all communications between MEP and the fishing community, and (2) a communications plan informing the fishing community detailing the works to be carried out and proposed timing, as well as how responses to ad-hoc comments will be managed.
