Tidal Lagoon Power were planning 5 tidal lagoons on the West coast of England and Wales. MEP were asked to advise on fishing and aquaculture activities in Swansea and Cardiff initially, liaise with stakeholders and prepare evidence for the planning hearing. Terms and conditions for compensation were prepared and compensation agreements reached. Fishery liaison activities were to continue during project implementation.
